About the Role

We are seeking an HR Associate to join our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization.

We are looking for a candidate who has HR experience, working with Mexico and US inquiries, but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico and USA.
  • Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico and USA and escalate as appropriate.
  • Field general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalate inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
  • Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, My Connect, and other systems.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
  • Continuously create and define process improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
  • Desirable minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
  • Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$17, $20,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
