About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Tech Expert to join our team at Mondelēz International.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers to implement regional and global software and application strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings through process improvements and technology enhancements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with 4-5 years of implementation experience with business platforms solutions like o9, JDA / Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP / APO.
  • Expertise in delivering Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives for Demand Planning.
  • Strong process knowledge of supply chain planning, sales and operations planning and reporting.
  • Experience in designing solution by working with different demand planning scenarios for Advanced Statistical forecasting and generating consensus forecast.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
