Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand management strategies to ensure alignment with commercial and supply objectives.
  • Partner with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasting and drive business decisions.
  • Manage and coach a team of demand planners to achieve business goals.
  • Review and analyze consumption versus forecast data to identify potential availability issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with commercial, customer collaboration, modelling, order fulfilment teams, and supply planning to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving demand review and participation in an IBP cycle.
  • Ability to build effective teams and drive continuous capability building in the demand planning team.
  • Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
