Leadership Role
Maxeon seeks a highly skilled Tool Crib Specialist to lead our engineering inventory programs. This role is responsible for planning and directing tool crib activities, setting priorities, and allocating resources.

Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrates technical process/equipment expertise
• Suggests alternative solutions to complex issues
• Expert in technical leadership or process/equipment qualification and development methodologies
• Expert on warehouse control of consumables and general repairs
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Capable of managing day-to-day operation teams
• Speaking and writing English
• Good Knowledge of MP software

Requirements
B.S. degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience or M.S. Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 0+ years. OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience. Safety Compliance is a must.
