Maxeon Solar Technologies is seeking a skilled Tool Crib Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and directing tool crib programs/projects, setting priorities, and allocating resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical process/equipment expertise and be able to manage day-to-day operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tool crib inventory and ensure accurate tracking of consumables and general repairs.
  • Develop and recommend solutions for problems of diverse scope.
  • Collaborate with sustaining planners and engineers to ensure effective teamwork and maintenance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational methods and align with Maxeon values.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience or M.S. Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 0+ years.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of project scope and logic, including economics and relationship to needs of SunPower's customers.
