We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our ARTD customer engagement initiatives in Mexico. As a Marketing Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive category growth and strengthen relationships with our bottlers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with experience in managing customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet business objectives and drive category growth

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a consumer-packaged goods company or agency
  • Proven track record of success in customer relationship management and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
