We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to building brand value and achieving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Delinquency Resolution: Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to resolve delinquencies and maintain standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios.
- Customer Service: Provide responsive customer service by adhering to a call plan and demonstrating core values, including NMAC/IFS Core Values.
- Account Research: Research and find solutions for customer disputes, questions, and concerns related to account status.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze delinquent accounts for appropriate action and make recommendations to Sr. Car or Supervisor.
- Knowledge and Skills: Basic understanding of the auto finance industry, excellent customer service and collections techniques, and MS Office Intermediate skills.
- Experience: Knowledge of call center-based customer service and collections techniques.
- Academic Level: High School diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Language: Fluent English.
