You will collaborate with internal teams across the world to provide end-to-end solutions to complex business logistics needs through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Developing bold strategies to deliver exceptional performance, speed, and cost-effectiveness for logistics services.
- Leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Establishing scalable processes and mechanisms for 3P carrier management across global operations.
- Accountability for end-to-end logistic solutions for each program.
- Benchmarking best practices for internal and external customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
Basic Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Ability to own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in logistics (management, operations, contracts, procurement).
- English language proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
- Masters degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
