Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a Document Management Specialist. This role will provide support to Project Management teams in the Pre-Construction department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all supporting documentation involved in the design and permitting process.
- Contact vendors as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Write, dispatch, and edit purchase orders.
- Process invoices and set up new vendors in PeopleSoft.
- Create, edit, and combine documents in PDF format.
- Manage online systems for creating and verifying permitting accounts.
- Fulfill online forms for municipalities and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an administrative field.
- Three years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proven data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
- Basic knowledge of PeopleSoft software.
- Experience supporting Pre-construction projects is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
