**Job Overview**
Back Office De Chihuahua is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Parques De San Felipe, Chihuahua. This role involves maintaining client and caregiver relationships, ensuring accurate referrals, and supervising caregiver scheduling.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage phone inquiries professionally
* Communicate with associates and clients effectively
* Coordinate caregiver schedules and maintain records accurately
* Respond to client calls and manage schedule changes efficiently
* Assist with sales and prospecting efforts as needed
* Provide positive new hire experiences
**Requirements**
* Basic office and computer skills are essential
* Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills are required
* Strong work ethic, initiative, and independence are necessary
* Proficient in English language is required
**Salary Range**: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
**Education**: Medium Level of Education (Diploma or Equivalent) is desired
**Experience**: Medium Level of Experience is desired for this position
