Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires you to directly sell all FedEx products and services to present customers and potential customers in a defined geographic territory for net additional revenue.

You will be responsible for selling existing customers all products and services with revenue responsibility, and non-FedEx customers within a defined area using available sales tactics to add new customers in a revenue band defined by management.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 2 years of commercial or industrial sales experience, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, ability to plan, organize and prioritize, strong human relations and negotiation skills, ability to make presentations to groups, travel required, and computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a lead generation process using all FedEx resources.
  • Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system.
  • Handle customer problem resolution activities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Submit sales related reports to Sales Manager.
