Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the company's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support the plant's business objectives.

• Assist the HR Manager in providing HR services to management and employees, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee services, compensation surveys, data and metrics reporting, and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with Eaton's Ethics and Values, company policies, and Mexican labor laws and regulations.

**Essential Functions:**

• Provide HR services with a positive and proactive attitude to all departments, contributing to the achievement of manufacturing objectives.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of time and attendance information for payroll, providing reports and approvals for the payroll team.

• Prepare and send reports to the IMSS within established time limits.

• Ensure compliance with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Labor Law Compliance: Art. 158 (seniority commission), Art. 117 (profit sharing).

• Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.

• Assist in salary and compensation planning and administration.

• Lead the recruitment process, selecting and hiring personnel according to requirements of skills, time, and shift availability.

• Strengthen employee retention and engagement through establishing on-boarding and orientation processes.

• Maintain employee files with legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality of information.

• Prepare and review department information and reports, such as headcount, absenteeism, and terminations.

• Maintain and update employee information in HRMS and local systems, auditing information regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Provide suggestions to management to evaluate departmental efficiency and detect significant trends.

• Coordinate and ensure timely execution of monthly programs and plant activities, such as rewards and recognitions, anniversaries, and roundtables.

• Coordinate activities related to personnel services, such as cafeteria and transportation, achieving employee high satisfaction and engagement.

• Actively participate in CI activities, Cost Out, EBS, OpA, MESH, Employee Survey, and other Eaton initiatives and processes.

• Attend training courses assigned by the Human Resources Department.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing company.

• Professional presence, friendly, and customer service attitude, with the ability to inspire confidence.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of staff.

• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Payroll system (Tress).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve personnel conflicts.

• Familiarity with Labor Law and other related regulations, including IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot.
