We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our North American division as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships between recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations throughout the TA administration process.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee and manage activities connected to selection and onboarding processes for our multiple sites across Mexico. Your responsibilities will focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Key tasks include:
- Administering selection and pre-onboarding processes, including background check screening, document collection and review, system updates, contract preparation, and query resolution.
- Maintaining day-to-day contact with candidates, HR, and hiring teams.
- Coordinating interview scheduling, assessments, and debrief sessions.
- Completing weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Managing queries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and standards.
- Conducting process reviews and suggesting improvements.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Essential skills and qualifications include:
- B2 English language proficiency or above.
- Full recruiting lifecycle experience.
