Job Summary:

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Infrastructure Pricing Manager in the implementation of improvement opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the rules and processes for pricing throughout Infrastructure locations.
  • Proactively assess the integrity of pricing requests to ensure that changes are implemented according to business guidelines.
  • Understand customer price model structures to update and proactively maintain the models.
  • Conduct pricing and profitability analysis to support strategies and margin goals.
  • Assess list price, discounts, actual price, concessions, contractual obligations, target-based programs, etc. for optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze price and margin performance reports to provide pricing support for assigned projects and teams.
  • Support the timely resolution of pricing discrepancies to improve customer satisfaction, contractual obligations, and pricing rules/policies.
  • Ensure pricing and related data integrity is maintained and continuously improved to promote customer price accuracy and aid in the execution of pricing actions.
  • Participate in the design and development of new pricing systems, processes, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or math/statistics with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • In-depth data analysis skills with the ability to quickly identify relevant trends and observations from large data sets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and related tools for analysis, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-starting, proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and in cross-functional global teams.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-sensitive, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent track record of delivering results while enabling and maintaining a respectful, ethical, and safe work environment.
  • Strong communication, decision-making skills, and business acumen.
  • Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) with working knowledge of other computer programs (e.g., Office 365, Access, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data modeling and pricing tools.
  • Experience in pricing, profitability analysis, product management, or economic analysis in B2B industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other commercial ERP systems.
  • Prior experience in project management.
  • Fluency in English.
