As a Pricing Analyst on our Aftermarket Pricing Team, you will play a key role in driving profitability and growth for Gates Corporation. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute product pricing and profit strategies for assigned end markets and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, track, and audit special pricing agreements
  • Impact and profitability analysis for special pricing agreements
  • Strategic pricing and data analysis
  • Support additional pricing inquiries and tasks as needed

About You:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 1-3 years' experience in Financial Analysis, Pricing, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Billing
  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, within a multi-cultural setting
  • Organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities and flexible to accommodate changing business needs and fixed deadlines
  • Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships. Team player who is proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed
  • Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer and PC skills including Microsoft Excel
