About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position located in Hermosillo, SON. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting heavy equipment issues, and supervising a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repair Management: Oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair management.
