**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our long-term needs.
  • Provide education and guidance to managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions that are fair, consistent, and legally defensible.
  • Develop and implement compensation plans that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with our company's goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our business units on employment law matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement HR-related projects that drive business results.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee change requests and HR reports.
  • Collect and analyze exit interview data to inform our talent management strategies.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and coaching.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain, verify, and evaluate general and statistical information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and HR systems.
