Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Memory Circuit Designer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing critical analog, high-speed, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CMOS process and circuit layout structure, as well as experience with Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams in other sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop critical analog, high-speed, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks
  • Perform layout verification like LVS/DRC/Antenna, quality check, and documentation
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of block-level layouts with acceptable quality
  • Effectively communicate with engineering teams in other sites to assure the success of the layout project
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Basic understanding or experience with CMOS process and circuit layout structure
  • Knowledge or experience in Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS
  • Understanding of design rules and deliver qualified layout
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Scripting and automation experience (Good to have)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player and enjoys working with others
  • Good communication and document skills
Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/VLSI Engineering; technical diploma in electronic or VLSI engineering will also be considered.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
