Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to new product opportunities by designing and optimizing Memory/Logic/Analog circuits, fostering innovation in circuit design.
  • Develop parasitic modeling and assist with design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Oversee layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing, driving efficiency in the design workflow.
  • Perform verification processes using industry-standard simulators, guaranteeing robust designs.
  • Cross-group communication for standardization and success, promoting collaboration across teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups for manufacturability, enhancing overall product quality.
  • Solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive innovation into future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment, pushing boundaries in technology.
