We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a senior member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CMOS circuit design and device physics, with experience in designing digital or analog circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors. You will also be proficient in using Spice and Verilog to simulate circuit operation, analyze power consumption, speed performance, and reliability.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with cross-group teams to drive innovation and standardization in memory design. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products
  • Collaborate with cross-group teams to drive innovation and standardization in memory design
  • Use Spice and Verilog to simulate circuit operation and analyze performance
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and process flowcharts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in CMOS circuit design and device physics
  • Strong understanding of ASIC design flow and timing analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with memory (NAND, DRAM, NOR, SRAM, etc.) design
  • Proficiency in using Finesim or Hspice for schematic entry and simulation

Compensation:
