About the Job:

Landing is seeking a talented Revenue Management Coordinator to join our accounting team. As an Online Travel Agencies (OTA) Accounting Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial data and maintaining our listings and revenue.

You'll work closely with our OTA partners and accounting crew to achieve these goals. If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Team:

Our accounting team is a diverse and high-energy group that thrives in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and ready to jump into a team that works hard and celebrates wins together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and send out billing statements for new reservations from online travel platforms.
  • Update or adjust statements as needed.
  • Review and reconcile invoices and statements from OTA partners.
  • Double-check payouts by comparing bank statements with payout reports.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable by matching payments received with bookings in NetSuite.
  • Ensure all OTA statements are accurate and finalized by the end of each month.
  • Work with the team to share monthly reports on profits from OTA reservations.
  • Monitor fees to ensure correct amounts are paid.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City location.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, handling high-volume data entry.
  • Desirable Accounting Degree.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency and solid work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods, as needed.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and fit for our fast-paced, inclusive culture.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change.
  • Well-organized and able to multitask using various administrative tools.
  • Kind, self-motivated, and hardworking, with a track record of achieving goals.
  • Knowledge in Accounting Principles like Revenue Recognition, as well as General Ledger.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, as well as Bank Reconciliation.
