Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Associate to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Managers in the preparation of quotes, budgets, and presentations for clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to generate proposals, participating in credit and risk analysis processes, and constructing supply and pricing structures. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing, including credit line renewals, and following up with prospects on the checklist and general requirements for credit line authorizations.

You will work closely with our Sales Managers to analyze potential clients, conduct market research, and develop strategies to achieve expected volumes for each client.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer data to generate proposals and support Sales Managers in the preparation of quotes, budgets, and presentations for clients.
  2. Participate in credit and risk analysis processes and construct supply and pricing structures.
  3. Provide general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing, including credit line renewals.
  4. Follow up with prospects on the checklist and general requirements for credit line authorizations.
  5. Work closely with Sales Managers to analyze potential clients, conduct market research, and develop strategies to achieve expected volumes for each client.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Economy, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field.
  • +2 years of experience in the commercial and/or financial services industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English and Spanish).
  • Advanced English at least 80%.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation.
  • Focused on the client, with strong commitment to the client and interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, process improvement, and quality orientation.
  • Proactive, self-empowered, and able to work under pressure.
