**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily operations and oversee the overall performance of the HR Shared Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of employee inquiries and tickets.
  • Oversee the management of employee inquiries and tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring prompt and accurate responses while maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Ensure that administrative and transactional processes meet business needs, delivering results in a user-friendly manner with global standardization and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, resolve issues, and continuously improve the knowledge base.
  • Participate in the roll-out and operation of a comprehensive Service Management Framework (SMF), including the development and implementation of Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) with internal customers and partners.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of HR Operations Agents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
