Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production strategies to meet customer demand and achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products.
- Supervise production managers and maintenance coordinators to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage the annual production department budget and control expenses to optimize profitability.
- Authorize purchasing decisions for high-cost tools and spare parts.
- Implement cost improvement initiatives in production and maintenance departments.
- Support the High Performance Work Teams strategy and supervise daily production control meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, manufacturing, and human development systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, and maintenance, with a strong background in leadership and operations management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in English language and computer literacy.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
