Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day production activities, including batch manufacturing and packaging
- Guiding and coaching employees to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Maintaining product quality by adhering to cGMP standards
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment, including bottle packing machines and labeling systems
- Initial investigation of incidents and generation of process orders
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Technical skills: knowledge of bottle packing, labeling machines, and cartonators
- Behavioural skills: proactive approach, collaboration, time management, and effective communication
