Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain function, you will be responsible for executing warehouse operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock reconciliation, and interfaces monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze stock inaccuracies, guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, and introduce corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and provide full-cost analysis, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
