**Key Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Assistant at Trouw Nutrition, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, classifying, consolidating, and/or summarizing documents and information.
  • Processing data and information in various systems / databases according to relevant work instructions.
  • Processing invoices, expense statements and other financial documents.
  • Maintaining records or documents and data processed.

**Communication and Collaboration**

You will occasionally contact customers, suppliers or organization employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.

**Data Assembly and Reporting**

You will assemble relevant data, and compile information as directed.

Compiling various regular reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.

**Administrative Support**

You will perform secretarial and administrative tasks such as:

  • Receiving and referring visitors and telephone callers.
  • Opening and distributing office mail. Responding with form letter to routine requests.
  • Maintaining appointment calendars, managing appointments, schedules and making travel arrangements.
  • Setting up meetings.
  • Performing special project duties as assigned.
