We're seeking a full-time Total Rewards Manager in CDMX, Mexico.

Your New Role

You'll support our Total Reward organization by implementing, administering compensation and benefits programs, and applying group policies and procedures. Your focus will be on ensuring employee total remuneration is competitive and maintaining internal equity while analyzing data to provide insights on costs of employment.

We need you to:

  • Participate in salary surveys and labour market research to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Contribute to developing salary bands and budgets
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and industry standards
  • Advise HR teams on job analysis, job evaluations, and job classifications methodology and review job evaluations.
  • Provide guidance on total reward-related questions and issues to HR staff
  • Support the development of ad hoc total reward analyses with the HR team
  • Contribute to Total Employee Costs Analytics and implement effective training materials
  • Administer compensation and benefits tools to ensure high-quality data

All About You

We value passion, attitude, and skills over experience. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, statistics, or related fields
  • Certificate in Compensation & Benefit Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR practices
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Knowledge of benefit programs, laws, and regulations, and financial implications of rewards programs
