Quality Engineer Job Description

At Donaldson, we're committed to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. We're seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of advancing filtration for a cleaner world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve our quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Analyze and resolve process-related concerns through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to establish, implement, and maintain our quality management system.
  • Develop and implement training programs to build quality awareness and enhance the quality system.
  • Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure seamless transfer of new products to production.
  • Support Quality Inspectors in ensuring products and processes meet quality management system and customer requirements.
  • Conduct audits, create audit reports, and determine corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze failures, implement corrective and preventive actions, and respond to customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and manage receiving and outgoing quality functions.
  • Improve QA receiving inspection processes and procedures.
  • Manage supplier performance and conduct audits.
  • Prepare QA reports.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of quality systems.
  • Proactive, collaborative, teamwork, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.
