Technical Basis Customer Engagement Specialist

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is a business unit that provides cloud-hosted infrastructure and application management services to customers worldwide.

We are seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) to oversee the customer lifecycle, from contract signing to renewal support.

The dCEM will be responsible for E2E customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud Customers of ECS, mainly focusing on SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition deliverables.

The role requires excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven self-organization, and decision-making skills.

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications is essential.

Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers is required.

Good understanding of ECS operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools like SPC and TIC is a plus.

Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, ITIL, Lean Fundamentals, cloud architecture, and IT technical infrastructure know-how is desired.

Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions, including HEC and S/4HANA, is necessary.

Understanding of escalation handling and procedures is also required.

Experience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals is essential.

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory, with additional local languages being a plus.
