About the Role

Cemex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing & Onboarding Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our leadership pool and supporting our business strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective execution of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job profiles, vacancy management, interviews, and exam scheduling.
  • Control and administer institutional tools that support the talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of database design, analysis, and feeding, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies in coordination with recruitment partners.
  • Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other outreach activities to attract top talent and promote Cemex's brand.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources are available for a seamless onboarding experience, including orientation sessions and cultural integration.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in staffing and onboarding, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to our processes.
  • Coordinate events for students and universities, fostering relationships and promoting Cemex's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Participate in various workforce committees, contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
Position Challenges

Execute actions to improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with Cemex's business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with a proven track record in staffing and recruitment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database analysis and feeding.
  • Desirable skills in Power BI and/or Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture, with a proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful outcomes.
