Transform the Future of Information with Micron

We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, and we are looking for a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for regional support of Micron's compensation and benefits programs, with a primary focus on Mexico. You will work under the direction of the Compensation and Benefits Managers and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct New Job Analysis and Maintain Job Inventories: Conduct thorough interviews with managers and business partners, identify job descriptions, and determine the best match by researching against current job libraries and third-party survey benchmark jobs.
  • Establish and Maintain Pay Ranges: Submit and collect data through third-party market surveys, evaluate job matches to market for validity, and make recommendations for changes to ranges based on our compensation philosophy and strategy.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Establish and maintain a personal understanding of regulations, consult with internal and external experts to verify understanding and determine application, and identify liabilities and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Consult, Educate, and Manage Relationships with Customers: Identify, clarify, and research customer needs and address program questions, evaluate and critique options to determine a solution that best fits customer needs and aligns with business objectives, and develop and review proposed solutions and cost modeling with necessary internal experts and stakeholders.
  • Produce and Analyze Compensation & Benefits Reports: Determine needs, design, generate, maintain, and distribute reports as needed to key stakeholders, analyze and interpret results to present to stakeholders, and collaborate and support Micron's GBM Partner for Mexico Benefit Program Renewals, updates, and changes.
  • Maintain Compensation & Benefits Data and Systems: Receive, evaluate, process, and audit data change requests and results, update, troubleshoot, and correct system errors as needed, perform detailed global system testing, ensure data integrity in existing systems, and escalate issues to appropriate parties and validate issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • PowerPoint and Word proficiency
  • Minimum of 5 years Compensation and Mexico Benefits experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCP or GRP designation
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish (spoken and written)
