CRM Business Partner Latin America

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Partner to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring our CRM platform is tailored to our needs, enhancing user experience, and leveraging the system to support business goals.
- Maintain CRM tools, sales support software, and reporting tools.
- Prepare specific analyses based on the sales software.
- Secure system documentation and provide user support and training.
- Support CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) actions in the country according to GTM and ensure processes are in place.
- Maintain sales services tools and support their improvement.
- Prepare and execute training programs for the sales team, unit, department, or country to ensure effective working routines to create sales success.
- Monitor and follow up targets set inside CRM.
