Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at North American Production Sharing, Inc. in Guanajuato, Mexico.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions for Stainless-Steel Bellows (dynamic couplings in gas/fluid systems) for the automotive market segments. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs and processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, quality, and manufacturing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Four-year Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical engineering, design, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to travel as needed, including international travel to customer locations.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
