{"POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our Residence owners and their guests. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to their requests for information, special arrangements, or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning. You will also be responsible for gathering and providing information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for information, special arrangements, or services
* Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
* Announce visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing access
* Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
* Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve calls, requests, or problems
* Assist with owners' reservation services (HRS)
* Assist with scheduling of the elevator for move-in/out for Residence owners/tenants
* Assist with Bell/valet services for owners when requesting for their vehicles
* Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of related work experience
* Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
* Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
