Concierge Job Description

Quinta Tenerías Residence Club, a luxury vacation club in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, seeks a skilled Concierge to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized concierge services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our owners and guests.
  • Prepare and coordinate pre-arrival standards and policies, ensuring a smooth arrival process.
  • Provide assistance with travel plans, reservation bookings, and special requests.
  • Stay knowledgeable about local events, receptions, rates, promotions, and special offers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of keys, FOBs, and inventories.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in front desk and/or concierge roles in hospitality, private club, and property management environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in property management software and housekeeping scheduling systems.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations quickly and accurately, with a focus on resolving owner and guest concerns.
