KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies while operating in a compliant environment: Understand and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency protocols. Ensure safety conditions are met when handling goods and equipment. Actively engage in safety initiatives, including reporting near misses and participating in safety meetings. Notify management of any safety, site maintenance, or inspection issues that require attention.
  • Update information systems and execute ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transactions prior to any physical movement using the IT tools available at your location to manage system flow accurately.
  • Familiarize yourself with ERP transactions to synchronize physical and system flows and understand their interactions.
  • Identify and address anomalies, reporting unresolved issues to your supervisor.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency, particularly in managing missing parts.
  • Safeguard materials throughout all processes, including handling, storage, line feeding, NCR, and shipment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by offering constructive suggestions.
  • Follow and uphold the appropriate methodologies and processes.

Key Process Activities:

Inbound Flows:

  • Execute real-time goods receipt using the ERP system and accurately store materials in stock.

Storage:

  • Maintain safe storage conditions (maximum weight capacity) and adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations for hazardous materials.
  • Update the ERP system in real-time for each material movement using mobile devices.
  • Conduct scrapping processes only after receiving management authorization.

Inventory:

  • Follow established procedures for inventory counting, including blind counts and stock reconciliation.

Picking & Line Feeding:

  • Carry out picking and kitting activities promptly in the ERP system, preparing materials for the production line with parts that are individually identified, protected, and easily accessible.
  • Adhere to the designated footprint.

Packing & Shipping:

  • Process shipment requests in a timely manner, ensuring packing and shipping activities meet quality standards.
  • Manage the logistical processing of NCR (Non-Conformity Report) in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor NCR physically and within the system (segregated or blocked stock).
  • Create, manage, and track logistics NCR based on inputs from teams regarding non-compliance detection.
  • Collaborate closely with quality and material planning teams daily to resolve and close NCRs efficiently.

Handling:

  • Comply with handling and storage regulations (possessing the necessary qualifications and driving licenses).

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • High school diploma.
  • Forklift driving license (for forklift operators). Desirable: Familiarity with ERP SAP environment and basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
  • Strong team spirit and adaptability.
