Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Executive to join our team at Colgate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting partnerships with key customers in assigned territories or geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer plans to increase sales volume, distribution, and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including buyers and store managers.
- Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
- Interpret sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Colgate and the customer.
- Maximize account P&L for selected accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months experience with clients, preferably in marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Open to travel within the country.
