Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Coordinator to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our media operations team, you will be responsible for managing all deadlines for processing content from receipt to air version readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content traffic process across different areas, including external and internal vendors and distributors, based on parameters given by strategy teams.
  • Keep track of assigned content, including rejections, replacements, and missing content.
  • Create and manage work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines and processes required.
  • Work closely with programming teams to archive business strategy plans and provide feedback on operation processes.
  • Data entry of technical and operative information across media assets management systems.
  • Create and follow reports to guarantee proper airing of content.

Requirements

  • Experience in negotiation and tracking.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Television Studio Operation, Television Studio Production and Direction, Audio Visual Design, Graphic Design, or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading) at an advanced level or higher.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in media operations for at least 3 years.
  • Experience in broadcast roles (playout, transmission, graphics, postproduction, content management).
  • Experience in roles involving vendors and distributors.
