The resulting ads allow agencies and brands to maximize existing creative for a wider audience.

Role Overview

The Creative Services Coordinator will support Creative Specialists by sourcing creators for high-volume projects and unique requests from partner programs or direct deals.

This role involves ensuring quality through assurance processes, maintaining effective communication with creators, and performing feedback analysis.

The successful candidate will also manage their own assignments, including creator sourcing, content management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Sourcing: Identify and assist recruiting creators for high-volume projects and unique requests from partner programs and direct deals.
  • Content Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and brand standards.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines and coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient project progression and timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with and anticipate trends and popular fads on platforms like TikTok and Meta to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all content meets the required standards before publication.
  • Creator Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with creators to provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the content creation process.
  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to identify effective strategies for engaging audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external creators.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in all content and communications.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and data to inform decisions and improve processes, ensuring continuous improvement in content quality and project outcomes.
