Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workday Talent and Compensation configuration team, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Workday Talent and Compensation modules, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test Workday Talent and Compensation modules, including configuration of workflows, data validations, and object customizations.
- Develop and maintain complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of talent and compensation data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, scrum masters, and engineering teams, to drive product improvements and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide Level 2 & 3 support for production issues and questions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday product releases and advocate for appropriate adoption plans to ensure seamless integration with our business processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of configuration experience with Workday Talent and/or Compensation; Workday Pro certification a plus.
- Proven experience in agile planning methodologies, working with product managers, scrum masters, and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
- Experience having effective conversations with clients about their support needs and requirements, lead the intake process, and ask the right questions to scope and solve the requests.
