Job Summary

The HRBP Coordinator - Tlazala is a key role in the Human Resources team, responsible for leading the recruitment and training initiatives in the Tlazala location. This position plays a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent, while also developing and implementing training programs to ensure continuous employee development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Develop and execute employee training programs to improve skills, boost performance, and align with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns or conflicts.
  • Support employee performance management processes and assist in setting individual development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements, particularly related to recruitment and training.
  • Analyze recruitment and training data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and training.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance in Mexico.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with HR software and data analysis tools.
