About the Role
As a Trade Activation Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment and maintenance of our Field Sales Force Platform (REEV) strategy. This will involve analyzing contact channel mix and service missions, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze sales areas with underutilized or overutilized REEV usage and universe coverage
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize contact channel mix and service missions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and CRM reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather insights and develop trade activities
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities and drive business growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial areas, with a focus on sales strategy and data analysis
- Proven experience with Salesforce and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
