**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sap Business Objects Administrator to join our team at RGP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of our Business Intelligence Platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain BO architecture documentation, administration, upgrade, and patching support to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Enforce consistent policies for design and development of system connectivity and architecture, universes, and reports for new and existing tenant applications.
  • Promote reports/universes/users along with security settings from lower to higher-level environments following Change Management processes.
  • Create access levels (Developer, Reporter, Viewer, etc.) based on project and business needs.
  • Track, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve End User incidents and tickets; resolve customer issues within the service level agreements.
  • Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best industry practices.
  • Build custom WEBI and Crystal reports on demand basis.
