About the Role

The Leasing Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our Leasing customers throughout the life of their contract. This involves clarifying doubts, assisting with processes such as end-of-term and annual payment, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

This position requires a customer-centric approach, integration with vendors and other departments, and the ability to implement changes quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Leasing customers.
  • Support customers through various processes, including end-of-term and annual payment.
  • Manage external vendors that provide services to GM Financial and our customers.
  • Assist dealers with requests related to vehicle registration processes.
  • Generate reports for the Leasing department.
Requirements
  • Customer service values and orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience using data and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office (high Excel proficiency).
  • Effective communication with peers and senior leadership, both orally and in writing.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive approach.
