**Job Summary**

Laboratorios Scantibodies S.A De C.V is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Director of IT / Project Management in the planning and execution of company projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company projects, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with departments to monitor budget spending and collaborate with other departments to find resources and information for projects.
  • Attend daily and weekly project and planning meetings, taking minutes and updating electronic tracking reports as necessary.
  • Create gantt charts and spreadsheets to analyze project-related information.
  • Assume responsibility for writing and maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
  • Track project tasks, schedule periodic meetings to keep projects on track, and provide assistance with the creation of department procedures and policies.
  • Organize and control department documentation.

**Requirements**

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in management software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
