Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Receivable Finance Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

  • Utilize financial statements to assess customer financial conditions and make informed credit limit recommendations.
  • Independently manage accounts of medium-credit-limit customers and resolve credit issues.
  • Present credit recommendations to management and negotiate down payments with customers and sales staff.
  • Analyze and research customer receivable account delinquency and determine effective communication methods to facilitate payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize trends in non-payment and resolve issues by engaging internal partners.
  • Initiate dispute resolution processes and ensure resolution for both the company and customer.
  • Analyze at-risk customers and partners, recommending account strategies to prevent delinquencies.

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree in business or economics; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in collections and managing high-level clients, especially in the USA and Canada in technology companies.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced experience working with Excel and data management.
