**Job Summary**
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy cash flow for Nidec Automotive Motor Mexicana S De Rl De Cv by ensuring timely payments from customers. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills to effectively manage account receivables, track overdue payments, and provide excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage account receivables to maintain payments in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
- Examine unpaid invoices and send friendly payment reminders to customers.
- Track and monitor overdue payments to prevent delinquencies.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a maquiladora environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
