We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Phone Calls Translator Representative to interpret written texts and phone calls in English, ensuring that the original meaning, format, and tone are maintained. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality translations that meet our internal needs and help us reach a larger audience.

Responsibilities

  • Read and research industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate translations
  • Transfer texts from one language to another, maintaining the original meaning and tone
  • Use specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check the quality of the translation
  • Review translated texts for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors
  • Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure the translation meets their needs
  • Edit content to maintain its original formatting

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a translator, interpreter, or a similar role
  • Fluent in English, in addition to your mother tongue
  • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, or punctuation errors
  • Good knowledge of content editing tools
  • Familiarity with translation software
  • Time management capabilities
