**Key Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our team at Ericsson. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to customer-reported issues, adhering to set processes and Service Level Agreements. Your key duties will include identifying, isolating, and resolving faults, as well as working towards network stability.

**What You'll Do:**

Implement automation requirements for the development of Ericsson use cases, collaborating with engineers and leadership to build innovative automation solutions within the company's ecosystem. You will write, test, validate, deliver, and deploy code, scripts, playbooks, and other technical assets within the overall solution development process.

**Your Skills:**

You will bring fluent technical English skills, knowledge in programming, automation, source control management, and experience with Agile ways of working and toolsets. You will also have expertise in Ansible, Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD Pipeline systems, as well as experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and basic networking concepts. Additionally, you will have experience with Cloud, 5G, or OSS/BSS, basic knowledge in Data Science and data analytics, customer problem management, negotiation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration skills, coaching, and mentoring.
